I purchased a new PA system here, and various other non-guitar pieces, and am fully satisfied by the integrity in their prices, opinions, and customer service. I've found both Todd and Ross to be super approachable with any questions I might have....From my experiences there (4 and counting), if you have an issue with something, just ask.
